I literally had to wrap it up in a towel and STAND on it to get the tiniest bit of dried up lip gloss log to come out. It's either made too thick or dries out super fast in the packaging. Was essentially unusable and a waste of money.

I really like the formula, it’s the only thing that has seemed to work on my extremely chapped lips. However, it is really hard to get out of the tube. Sometimes I squeeze really hard with two hands and nothing comes out.

packaging a mess
The formula is great. Love the feel and look. But the packaging is absolutely horrible right from the start I couldn’t get the product out. I thought about cutting the end to squeeze the product out that way but seemed too messy. Do not recommend unless this gets resolved.

Haven’t even used it and it’s half air!! Who do these brands think they are, filling these tubes to half capacity to save themselves money and charge a premium for it, thinking the consumer will just accept that. This brand should be ashamed of themselves!

I got this lip balm because my lips had been suffering since moving to the east coast and got hit with winter. Between this lip balm and a lip mask my lips are back alive. It’s thick and the shiny is really cute. It’s become my everyday lip balm. I will say at times it does get really hard to squeeze out but I think it’s just cause it’s cold, not the biggest deal.

I enjoy this brand, but this is more of a lip gloss to me than a balm. Yes, it’s nourishing but it’s sticky! My hair kept getting stuck to my lips. I got the color spice and it’s beautiful. I wanted this something I can wear everyday but the stickiness feels uncomfortable on my lips.

I really love this lip balm. It is so moisturizing and thick. I love the way it makes my lips feel. However, it is so hard to squeeze to get the product out. But it has been in pretty cold places. I also love the applicator and I think this is a good lip balm.

Disappearing pigment
Pigment disappears. Pictured is the shade Petal, kind of a soft pink (I’ve purchased camellia and petal). I’ve only had it a few months and the pink pigment weirdly faded and it’s now a milky grayish beige. I don’t understand. The smell is fine, the texture is the same, but the color is gone… sucks because this is one of my favorite balm formulas, it’s thick and plush and not sticky, but the pigment disappeared

Gave me an allergic reaction
I originally started buying these a year & a half ago (spring/summer 2024) and they were GLORIOUS. I bought like 5 and went through them so fast. They were the only things that healed my sore, flaky sensitive lips. I don’t know if the formulation changed somewhere down the line, but I bought a few last winter and at the beginning of this year; they immediately gave me horrific perioral dermatitis. I took a break, went to the dermatologist, and eventually got my skin to clear. Thought I’d give the balms another shot….only to get more dermatitis the day after applying. These used to be my hero balms, but now i’m scared of them. sorry yall.
