A: Hello there, Thank you for your inquiry, we are sorry to hear this. We understand that sometimes they can get a little stuck. Try opening the top of the bottle entirely (twisting the whole thing off and lifting the entire pump and dip tube out of the bottle) to release some air pressure; then tightening the top back on and then trying twisting the pump part again - go ahead and give this a try if it is still giving you issues let us know so we can further assist you.

I am never allergic to anything. Like, ever. Got a rash all over my back, neck, and lower hairline despite not putting any of this product there first time use. Product waste
I love this product and it keeps my skin moisturized throughout the day. I have sensitive skin and have zero problems. However, the packaging is horrible. About a quarter or a third of the remaining product is remaining every time. If this is by design to make customers buy more product…shame on them. This is why I will not be buying anymore products from them because they use deceptive practices. If they change it then I will consider trying it again.

Pump wont work
I’ve gotten this lotion before and I really like it but for some the pump for this bottle won’t open at all! I’ve bought this lotion at least 6 times and they’ve all worked except for this one! It’s super frustrating because I threw out the old bottle with the working pump because I thought the new bottle would be fine! This company really needs to work on quality control!

Frustrating packaging
This is my favorite lotion but after my most recent restock I may need to find something else due to this packaging. The product stops pumping when you can visibly see and feel there’s still product left. You can shake it around and get some more but ultimately it stops. You cannot twist it from the bottle to dump out so I finally cut it open to see how much product was in there that I couldn’t get. 3.88 ounces. I desperately wish they’d make it so the pump gives you most of the product or change the silly top that you can’t unscrew.

Fav lotion - least fav packaging
I am on my 3rd or 4th bottle and bought 4 over BF. This is my all time favorite lotion for extremely dry skin, and the only lotion I have ever consistently used and my repurchases show me that! However I am completely frustrated with the bottle packaging. First, you cannot unscrew it (please correct me if I am wrong) but I cannot find a way to do you have to cut open the bottle to use all the product. This would not be a huge problem IF you didn’t need to do this 3/4 of the way through. The pump stops bringing out the product when you have quite a bit left and it is aggravating. I finally cut it open today to measure how much product was still left. 3.88 ounces. Almost 4 Oz of the 14 Oz bottle. So to use 4 ounces you have to cut open the bottle, scrape it out, and put it in your own jar. If you make a bottle you can’t unscrew to dump out the last bit of product the make a pump that gets out most of the product. Please. I am mad that I wasted so much in my last few bottles. I will upload photos and videos elsewhere since it’s not allowing me via my phone.

This body lotion is so good! It goes on smooth and most importantly, is not sticky. Leaves skin feeling soft and clean. One star off as the packaging is difficult to work with once it gets to the bottom. The founder of the brand advised on her tik tok to tap the bottle against the counter but that doesn’t do much.

This lotion is hydrating and I like that it keeps my dry skin moisturized all night/all day. it absorbs into the skin, but you do have to rub/work it in. It has still been my go-to for well over a year now, especially in colder months. My one complaint is the packaging. The packaging is a bad choice. You can’t get to the last 1/3 of product because the pump doesn’t reach. Once I get to a certain point, the bottle permanently stays upside down, and then I have to do different maneuvers to get the product out, which takes time! I am tempted to try another lotion due to the inconvenience.

Lovely, just wish it was in a tub
Love this product! I have really dry skin and this works so well. It is nice and thick which I love. Keeps my skin moisturized all night and into the morning. The only think I wish was different is the packaging. Because of how thick the product is, it tends to tick to the sides of the container and does not go down once the middle part of the bottle had been used up. I have to really shake the bottle or scrape the remaining of the product off the sides, and there is still about half the bottle left, which is really annoying. I wish it came in a tub and not a pump.
