Results not good
My wife had been using Dr. Lessman ProCaps "Healthy Hair, Skin & Nails" biotin product for years and decided to set it aside and give this product a try. The results were not as good. She always took a daily 2,500mcg biotin dose of the ProCaps product and had good results with her hair and nails. For this product, she did the same daily 2,500mcg biotin dose, but had a much greater loss of hair and weaker nails.

Works Well
I have been taking this for 3 months before I started to see a difference. My hair loss is back to normal and mu nails seems good. I did however notice some pimples growing on my face lately which I rarely ever get. Not sure if it's related.
