Do not buy - causes liver damage
I took this supplement twice over a couple days to help reduce stress. I wasn't sure how it worked and didn't notice any stress reduction so I stopped and didn't think anything it. Two weeks later I have my annual physical and my AST level skyrocketed from 23 (last month) to 133. The only change was taking this supplement during that time.
