Not very bright

For outdoor lights, these are rather dim. It's been very sunny every day this week, and the solar panels get lots of light, but the bulbs just do not shine bright enough. Giving it 2 stars instead of one because the instructions were well written, the bulbs are unusual, and the different modes give me options on how to display them.
