Alone or daytime aid

This product may be perfect for more mild sleep issues, or mild daytime nerve issues. Again, the product is pharmaceutically pure and yes is effective. However, there might need to adjust dosage to address level of need.

Pre meno relief for sleep and anxiety

Started pre-menopause and I feel like after a month taking this it’s helping me sleep and some anxiety. I use it in combo with Black Cohosh No night sweats No restless nights

Love Nature's way

As always, their product is delivering the highest quality of a product. I had another bottle of these that last a while and now I ordered a new one again, love it. Nature'ways is always a bit more expensive but it's worth it for a quality product specially with herbs that safety must be prioritize.

Helps my sleep and mood

Valerian is a neat product. I find it helps me rest better. I have a lot of trouble sleeping. I always have and so I try to not use the same product all the time and Valerian is one of my choices. I like it because it doesn't make me feel like I've been beat up in the morning and I've found it helps balance my mood. If I'm in a stressful time, a few days of taking Valerian seems to help me. I will use it for no more than two weeks at a time though. I don't want to get used to it. BTW, while its still more than I'd like to pay here, it is cheaper than I've found elsewhere.

Valerian Root

Valerian Root (Item # NW495 530 mg 180 Caps) is my saving grace when it comes to my ability to sleep through the night. I’ve never been able to take Melatonin and Valerian Root always does the job. This is the best price on the market, bar none.

I am able to really sleep

Valerian root is one of natures gifts. I don't know how this works, but I can experience a good deep sleep. This herb relaxes me enough so that I experience interesting dreams. Not only that but it seems that the night lasts longer. At times I wake up as if I have slept for many hours, looking at the clock to see that it is still early! Thank you Providence for this wonderful gift. Thank you too Swanson for the great service, and deals to make these herbs, and vitamins available to the public.

Must have for me

This helps lower everyday stress. Also helps me to fall asleep easier. Be prepared though, it has a strong smell, but the benefits from taking it are worth it.
