Good product, effective & not loaded with pharmaceutical problem causing chemical ingredients. I like to taste. And I like how these nature's Way these Umcka brand cold remedies work.

I have used Umcka Cold +Flu for many years. It is a natural product and it seems to shorten or reduce symptoms. The chewable form tastes good and doesn't require water.

It is effective, but if you don't like large losenges in your mouth and waiting for it to melt, it could be annoying.

I had used this product before but wasn't positive if it was effective. I took this and Sambucol black elderberry syrup with me on a winter flight / vacation to Oregon / Washington because I knew I'd be in unclean air on flights, and in cold soggy rainy NW for a week. I was also going to be around four grandchildren bringing bugs home from school. My plan which I did was to take the elderberry syrup once a day. Sure enough, a few times in a week I began to get scratchy, or a runny nose, or feel rundown. I would then take a chew tablet, 1 to 3 times a day in addition to the syrup. I am convinced the tablets helped me. I was on 4 flights, bad weather, outdoors a lot, around children and strangers, and worn out by late flights across the nation, and stayed well. I now am online to order another box though I have 10 of the 20 tablets still on hand. I can't see buying an Umcka product with 1 ingredient when I can get this homeopathic Umcka product with 8 ingredients. I think this is at least equal to the Sambucol cold-flu tablets since this has more ingredients but has 20 instead of 30 tablets.

I took this at the onset of a bad cold virus and knocked it out. I will definitely take this again.

I appreciate the convenience of this chewable tablet when soothing a sick child. Relief has been quick and effective whenever we have used this product. The berry flavor is by far the best. This one does all that it claims to do.

First sign of cold or flu, I turn to Umcka. I use the liquid and the chewable. Always carry the chewables when I travel. Umcka and Elderberry.

We ALWAYS keep a supply of these in our home, because colds don't have a chance when we start taking these immediately after getting a scratchy throat or a runny nose. We prefer these chewables over the liquid or powder -- they are easy to take and taste good, too! They also seem to perform better and are a better value than the liquid or powder. Sometimes cold symptoms disappear after just 24 hours, with nastier colds lasting a day or two longer. Best of all, we haven't discovered any side effects. Swanson definitely has the best price on these chewables, which can be hard to find anywhere else. WE LOVE THIS PRODUCT and would not use any other over-the-counter treatment for colds!!

This product is excellent! We use it for everyone in our family and consider it a must have.

Seemed to help my son recover from his cold symptoms in one day. Stuffy nose became runny and cleared up after 4 tablets.
