It is in pill form so you'll have to take it with water. Doesn't have a weird smell or taste in my opinion. I felt that the vitamins did work especially for m achy joints and bones. I often work 12 hours at work on concrete and I need the extra boost. My knees barely creak.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is amazing product. I had leg pain, swelling around ankles. After I started taking it for 2-3 weeks, all the pain and swelling is gone. Wow. Very nice packaging and pill is easy to swallow. I will definitely keep it in my medicine cabinet I recommend it to anyone that has joint pain, any kind of information to try it. It worked for me, hope it works for you too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try this because I have severe post traumatic arthritis due to a very bad knee injury. I DO need some added joint mobility. Because I will never have full range of motion. There’s really no way I can make a really honest review. I have to use any type of supplements for three months before I make a review. One month of supplements don’t do much. The packaging is very easy to use. It is NOT childproof. They’re pretty big tablets which you have to take three times a day. With food or water. There was only 60 tablets in there so 20 days worth. I do not think anyone would see the full results to make an actual honest review for people to buy to try. Needless to say, it didn’t do anything for me. But I didn’t want to give it a low star review because i didn’t get to use it enough to see any results.

During the time I have taken it I have helped moved furniture in my house and my daughter's. My knee pain did not completely resolve but it was much less than usual. I would recommend this product

The bottle is very easy to open and use and the quality is great. I will definitely repurchase them when I run out.

Bare in mind that I am very sensitive to vitamins. The packaging is a lovely purple color and it very inviting to taken . The pill itself is a little larger than I like.

This has great ingredients and it's a wonderful price for what you get. Packaging is simple, which I like. That being said, he LOVES taking this it has helped so much. He gets better sleep now and is in a better mood after work because he isn't in so much pain.

The whole bottle was fairly expensive and only lasted for 20 days. I'm not too old, so maybe it would have worked better for someone with severe joint issues, but I didn't notice a difference.

The bottle contains 60 tablets and you take 1 tablet three times daily with food and water. This is a very easy to swallow pill, partly due to its shape. I think it helped me with my joint mobility and it was easy to take. As with all supplements, check to make sure they don't interfere with anything else you may be taking.

It requires you to take 3 a day which is hard if you have a busy schedule. The pill itself is not small either. As for efficacy, I think it works ok but I don’t notice too much of a difference for my joints

I have been taking this for few weeks, and has helped with arthritis pain that I have been having for a few years now. The value and packaging is also great. It has easy open cap which helps with people who have pain in their fingers and hands.

They kind of smell funny, but don't give me any aftertaste in my mouth after swallowing them. I don't think I'd order more but if I see a change after stopping using them, I might throw them back in!

After taking these for a few days, I honestly didn’t see much of a difference. I normally don’t have join pain but when I do, these 9/10 wouldn’t be my go to. Maybe it could help someone else.
