That being said, this form of supplement was actually easy to take, with the size being decent and the flavor negligible. The capsules are smooth and easy to swallow with water. As with any supplement recommend checking with doctor for potential interactions. There is about a 20-30 day supply available in each container depending how many are taken per day.

I started taking Ashwagandha for symptoms of anxiety and stress after doing some research on natural supplements. I feel like some of my tension and anxiety were relieved. I like that there isn’t a strange taste from taking the capsule, and that the capsules are vegan. My only real complaint is their size, which can be a little hard to take. Other than that, definitely recommend!
