The pills are a gorgeous rose gold color that will really appeal to women. The odor is off-putting so I tried to just take the pill quickly. Taking 3 pills a day is a little much, but I found that I was able to stick to that schedule most of the time. I noticed that my urine turned a bright yellow color after I began taking the supplements. I honestly cannot attest to the claims of stronger, healthier hair, skin, and nails, but perhaps I haven't taken the supplements long enough or maybe I'm not absorbing the proper amount of the vitamins and minerals. This might be a beneficial supplement if I take it for a longer period of time.

The bottle is very pretty in pink and the capsules are also pink and I haven’t noticed any aftertaste common with most vitamins. Definitely a good value.
