WOW! Very surprised!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use a large variety of "healthier" flours in my home, always trying to squeeze in a little more nutrients and fiber. Honestly the majority of those flours and blends give an off taste and texture to the things I bake, causing the family to not enjoy it as much.. but holy cow this flour ROCKS! I've made pancakes, bread, bagels and cookies with it and it is just fantastic! Definitely earned a customer for life!!

Works just as well as regular flour
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was expecting to see some difference in the way this flour worked in relation to regular AP flour, and I saw no real distinction. It did require a little bit more water when I was making the dough but that could have also been due to the weather. I really liked this flour blend and I will probably look for it again in the future.

Great Flour, but not All Purpose Replacement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love to bake - biscuits, breads, pizza crusts, and the list goes on. This flour worked very well in making these items and gave it a great rustic look and taste which I really enjoyed. Getting the extra sprouted grains as part of this was an added bonus and gave a more complex flavor to my baking. My only qualm and reason for the 4 stars is it is marketed as an all purpose flour replacement. I use all purpose for lots of things outside of baking like coating items to pan fry. With this flour being a bit coarser it does not completely replace my uses for all purpose. Other than that, it is a great flour for most baked goods and better for you; enjoy!

Tastes great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed the flour. I wasn't sure how I would like this because I am not usually a fan of rye bread and this contains rye. But this blend of flour is quite nice and I couldn't taste the rye. I used it in a chocolate mug cake and it turned out great.

Bakes delicious soft bread!

My New Favorite Flour
