Meh
While the moisturizing body wash is welcomed relief in the winter, the overall scent smells like the shea butter compound went rancid in the mix. Once you get over that gag, it's usable, but wouldn't buy it again.

Nice Scent, Very Little Suds, Pump Problem
I like this product, especially the scent (kind of green scent of grasses and the outdoors) but it has the same pump problem as the moisturizer. Also I wish there were more suds. To get any kind of suds to wash my whole body, I have to use at least twice as much as other body washes I've used, like Olay and Method. I guess I thought that because the container is kind of medium sized, it would be concentrated like Ultra laundry detergents....I expected to use less of the product, not more. So, I probably will not purchase this again. Back to Olay.

Smells horrible and not a fan of the texture. Feels like you’re just spreading cream on yourself. Doesn’t create much of a lather. Main issue is the awful smell- definitely no lemon balm to be detected in this body wash. It smells like melting plastic.

Lemons and cream with a pump, Can't beat the combo
I love the lemon balm scent, got this one in particular because it had a pump. I recently had wrist surgery and it was difficult to pick up and squeeze the other bottles. This body soap is super creamy and smells wonderful.

Great moisturizing body wash
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am amazed with this product. My skin is a sensitive-dry and I had to use lotions every time after taking a shower. Using this body wash doesn’t require to have any moisturizer in addition. I don’t feel any dryness or tightness anymore.
