Native Limited Edition Aluminum Free Deodorant - Holiday Gumdrop - 2.65oz

This is the best smelling deodorant I’ve had in a long time! It doesn’t give off a musty deodorant smell either. It lasted all day for me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The is my first experience with an aluminium-free deodorant. First of all ... The smell is out of this world. Absolutely heavenly. Adorable package design to go with it as well When putting it on it glides on for the most part but sometimes it feels like it's balling up a little. Overall I really liked the product, however, I realized that I don't like that it's not an antiperspirant.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always a big fan of native deodorant. The scent on this one is absolutely beautiful. It’s a slight sweet scent. That’s noticeable enough that I can enjoy the smell, but not so noticeable that it’s overwhelming to me. I don’t know if I would describe it as a gum drop of any sort, but it is very sweet. The deodorant like all native deodorant, glides on well and applies very smoothly. I don’t notice a heavy residue at the end of the day nor do I notice a heavy residue on my clothing. You only need a couple of swipes and a little goes a long way, which I appreciate since natural deodorant like native is a little pricier. It lasts all day on me and keeps me smelling fresh and clean.

No discomfort and it smells like holiday candy. I like that it’s aluminum and paraben free. It works great to make me smell good but I still feel a little sticky and sweaty if I worked out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really nice deodorant. I love that is all clean ingredients. I don’t like to put harmful chemicals on my skin. The scent is really nice. Especially feel the holidays. It is sweet and nostalgic. It feels good going on my skin and after time. The scent lasts well through the day. I feel like it works all day too.

The smell is amazing. I’ve used multiple Native scents and this is the first one that you can actually smell later on. It has such a sweet smell. I wish it could be a year round scent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was initially put off by the scent. It smelled stale and funky. After I rubbed it, it smelled like fresh peach ring gummies! It smelled so yummy! I was surprised by how photorealistic the scent was to an actual candy. Not only did it smell like an actual gummy, but it stayed consistent and did not turn bad over time. I would get a whiff of peach rings late in the afternoon. It didn't smell like gumdrops though, but I'm not mad. I actually prefer the peach ring scent more! This is one of those products where you have to actually try the product to get the true fragrance. It seems like the surface level of the deodorant turns stale quickly and you have to rub off the top layer to get the fresh gummy scent. Despite this, the fragrance doesn't turn stale on my skin. I did not smell BO on the armpit area of my blouses which is usually what happens when I don't wear deodorant. I don't mind that the deodorant doesn't have any antiperspirant ingredients because my odor/sweat isn't bad enough to warrant the need for clinical/prescription strength ones. It did not stain my clothing, but I don't use these when I'm expected to do intense physical activities. One of the negative aspects of more "natural" deodorants is that they tend to use ingredients like baking soda that are known to cause a negative reactions. My skin isn't very sensitive so this wasn't an issue.

I like that Native uses better ingredients so you feel better about what you put on your body. It goes on smoothly and doesn’t leave any residue on clothes. The scent lasts almost all day so you can feel confident that you are always smelling your best.

In fact, it may be my favorite scent. It literally smells like candy and the packaging is very fun and festive. I also love that this brand's deodorant is aluminum free. The deodorant applies on clear and lasts all day. They also have a lot of different scents and they all smell really good. They are on the pricey side, but one deodorant does last a couple months.

However, the texture feels quite oily and takes a while to absorb, which can be uncomfortable, especially right after application. It works okay for light, everyday use, but the texture might not be ideal if you prefer a drier feel.

The scent is not faint, it is strong and packs a wonderful punch that doesn’t make your head hurt. I think the packaging is cute and the roller on the bottom is easy to get more product out. I like that. It is easy to apply. It’s great that it is both aluminum and paraban free. One downside is that I felt like I had to reapply it throughout the day because I would sweat through it. There is a good amount of product to last for a bit.
