About the Author

ALLAN METZ is Reference Collection Librarian/Bibliographer at the F. W. Olin Library of Drury College in Springfield, Missouri. His primary research interests include the Clinton presidency and Latin America. His earlier books include A NAFTA Bibliography (Greenwood, 1996) and Bill Clinton's Pre-Presidential Career: An Annotated Bibliography (Greenwood, 1994).
