I can still taste the vinegar, but it doesn't have a harsh vinegar taste. It tastes good on anything that it is poured on. I like using it for marinades the best though.

Really good flavor

The past two times I made it I used this Roasted Garlic Rice Vinegar in place of regular Rice Vinegar and my family has told me it's better than before. The extra flavor that it brings to the dish is really nice.
