Mylicon Infant Gas Relief Colic Dye Free Drops - 1 fl oz

I have twin boys, one with bad reflux, so I was giving these drops at night to help with spit up. He also had a bought of constipation so I assumed trapped gas could be causing the lack of bowel movements and wanted to try this to see if it would help. I couldn’t tell if they were working or not for his reflux and definitely did not help with his backside issues, so based on my one child alone, I would say they didn’t work. However, my other baby had terrible trapped air for a week straight and was having difficulty burping. I gave my fussy boy the drops the one night and it was like night and day. I don’t want to say instantly but under a minute of taking it, he was perfectly fine again and was not making the grunts to alert for trapped air anymore and was able to fall asleep. I think people expect this to help more on the back end with passing gas and helping with any constipation so are disappointed when it doesn’t work, I was the same. If I didn’t personally see the difference it made on my other baby, I would not be giving it this high of a rating.

this infant gas relief was a lifesaver in the first few weeks of my babies life. during the first few weeks, my baby was taking in a lot of air due to learning to breastfeed and crying so frequently which led to a ton of gas build up. using mylicon helped to give nearly instant relief to my child. it was also recommended by my doctor for its safety. this truly helped to calm my baby down and help them sleep. great product to keep on hand for gassy situations.

Today during curbside pickup, the team member brought my order to the passenger side. When I noticed her, I put the window down and reached out my hand to receive the item. Instead of handing it to me or acknowledging me, she tossed my baby’s medicine onto the seat. It felt careless and disrespectful, especially considering it was medication for an infant. I’m not upset about a mistake — but basic courtesy and handling items properly goes a long way. I hope this can be addressed so other customers don’t have a similar experience.

These drops work so well. Our babies both had cmpa which caused them to be gassy and uncomfortable. Mylicon drops have never failed to help work out gas bubbles, and more often than not they worked in under 20 minutes.

2 kids in and this stuff is a game changer. It works in an instant and immediately changes their irritability. I will always buy this for my kiddos & add it to gifts for other new parents.

Does the job!

Love this for my newborn! He’s been experiencing more trapped gas, and these drops help him feel better until he can pass the gas. I always have an extra bottle on hand.

My baby cried in discomfort ALL night. We tried everything and then we bought this wonder in a bottle. Wish I had just bought this to have on hand just incase. Very happy it can be dosed so many time and it isn't a product that is absorbed in the blood stream. Mommy's bliss gas drops is ok for hiccups but THIS is for gas discomfort.

The best drops for helping your new baby with gas.

Syringe was completely broken upon opening. So disappointing as the box clearly states only to use this dropper for the exact 0.3ml dosage.

My baby’s pediatrician recommended these , I haven’t turned back to anything else! I have one for the diaper bag and one for the bedside postpartum/diaper cart! It’s helped my baby calm down from fussiness , sleep better and have better digestion. Amazing for breastfeeding babies as well as formula babies! It’s also extremely gentle on their little digestive systems

Life saver for my gassy baby.

My babe is a newborn and has been very gassy. This was recommended by her doctor and has helped a lot. I give this to her before every feed and we’ve seen less crying/straining while trying to pass gas. It’s costly but worth it.

This worked well for the first two uses and then gave my baby terrible runny poos. I suspect something in the carrier oil didn’t agree with him since simethicone is so benign. In looking around the internet, it appears anecdotally that this can happen with the Mylicon brand, but not other simethicone baby drop brands.

This helped settle my gassy newborn. Instantly helped him and preferred over gripe water. Only complaint is it is very thick and more medicine gets on the side so a lot is wasted.

So my baby is 1 month now we started giving these at about 2 weeks when she started crying from 10pm-8am for 3 nights in a row because she had very bad gasses I give it to her 3 times a day and it works amazing now we we atleast get to sleep every 2-3 hours till feed 😂
