People do not know when they deliver packages anymore. It makes me mad.

Delivered our package did not know and it was a cool day today but if it would’ve been like 110°, I would’ve asked for a refund from now on please have your people that deliver the packages knock on the door when they put the package there. It was out there for an hour and 45 minutes before my husband got it because he had to go to the store.
