Q: No mention in description whether it takes both 3mil and 5mil thickness lamination sheets. No mention whether it’s front load or rear load. Not a good way to sell your product.

While it can process 5mil pouches, the results may not be as consistent or smooth as with 3mil. For optimal performance, we recommend using 3mil. It is a front-load machine.
