Beautiful piece

It fit well in my long skinny hallway, the color looks great with my grayish/ brown wood floors . The rug is a nice accent piece to soften my drab hall way! It’s good quality and no problems so far after about 5 months. I used the tape for rug to keep the rug in place as the hallway is a high traffic area in my house

Very poor quality control on this expensive area rug

This rug is not cut or loomed straight at all. All four edges are uneven and straight. Also the pattern within the area rug is not symmetrical. The carpet does not lay flat, not because of packaging, but because of the way it was looked. And when I called customer service, the rep was very short and no solution was given other than to just carry this very heavy rug back to the store. There are many quality control issues with this piece. Unfortunate, especially due to the price of this piece!
