It only came with one so it makes it difficult to get under the light appropriately. I use it for seasonal depression and low vitamin D.

This lamp has several settings and uses.

This lamp helped me get through last winter I ended up leaving the lamp setup and now that it is not winter, reading light, or crafting light. I love all the different settings.

Pleasing healthy light

I started using full spectrum lighting in the 1980's and am so glad the technology has progressed to the level of this light weight portable lamp which puts out a very pleasing light that has the full spectrum of sunlight without any of the worries of UV rays.

Very expensive for a lamp

The price isn't. You can adjust the brightness from very bright to very dim, that's great but there's no directions on how to use this as a light therapy lamp.
