If you don't know if your video card can do this, then call the card manufacturer and ask them "Does my video card support S-Video or Composite Video out through its VGA port?" Not to use with analogue dac
It is not compatible with the analogue dac. I.am very disappointed because analogue has a web link to this product. But in any case the cable seem robust and good if it is not associated with the analog dac

Perfect for Analogue Nt Mini
I purchased this cable adapter to use with the Analogue Nt Mini Noir so I could hook it up to televisions with S-Video and composite inputs. My main CRT has component inputs so I am using that cable primarily, but I did test the S-Video and Composite adapter with my Nt Mini and the output was good, as clear as can be expected using these connection methods. Recommended.

Avoid this adapter.
Terrible picture quality! The picture was black and white and full of static. Could not make out what was supposed to be on the screen. Waste of money.
