Description

SlimRun AV is the next generation in active optical cable systems. It features completely redesigned electronics to connect a USB Type-C device to a USB Type-C display with the high performance, low power consumption, and low cost over the greatest distance. Works, part 2

Backing up the June 2020 review that this cable will carry audio, at least it does on my M1 MacBook Pro. I bought the 100-ft cable, connected a 2nd monitor across the house, both worked, though the MBP only delivers audio to 1 monitor at a time. Depending on which room I'm working, I just need to adjust that Audio option in System Preferences.
