Description

Protect your electronic equipment from damaging voltage and current spikes with this Monoprice surge protector! This model features eight protected power outlets, six of which can rotate 180, which makes them perfect for use with bulky AC power adapters, without blocking adjacent outlets. It is rated for 120V, 15A, 1800 watts and provides up to 2160 Joules of power protection. It can handle up to 144,000A current spikes. An LED on top illuminates to indicate that the surge protector is providing protection to your equipment. When the protection circuitry has been fully consumed by power and current spikes, the protection light will no longer illuminate, indicating that the surge protector should be replaced. A second LED indicates that the surge protector is plugged into an outlet with a valid ground.

    Rotating makes it possible to use all the outlets

    The rotating plugs make it possible to plug in power supply transformers for things like chargers. That means it is possible to use all of the outlets, because chargers don't block each other

    Well made

    Exactly as pictured on website. Works fine with operational diode lights. The company advertizes the product having noise reduction however no indication on packaging or unit. With over 2100 joules entertainment electronics will be protected 24/7. I recommend product.

    This replaced two surge protecters!

    A total of 8 outlets, with 6 of them being rotatable. This is perfect if you use it for electronic devices with large power adapters. I have several gaming consoles, Amazon Echo, etc. where I needed to run 2 separate surge protectors, as each device would black 2-3 outlets. This is amazing, and one of those "why didn't I think of that?" products!

    Great Flexabilty

    I had a great need for a power strip that contained 8 outlets which allowed me to combine several power blocks and electrical plugs at the same time. this works perfectly. What makes it even better it was half off when I made my purchase.

    It is most practical when you have plugs of different sizes that take space over another outlet you could use. I was able to get all my plugs to fit.

    Really works!

    Works perfectly. I needed room for one more thing to plug in but because of the size of the plugs, I wasn't able to fully utilize the power strip I had. Monoprice to the rescue! The rotating recepticles allowed me to plug in everything, and it takes up less space than the old power strip. Highly recommended.
