I have no idea if this cable is good or not

I have GPU (HDMI mini) and QHD Monitor (HDMI). I'm not sure if it's a cable or equipment but monitor show only 1080 (capable of 1440).

It doesn't work for the Raspberry pi 4.

The micro hdmi side is to big to fit on the Raspberry pi4. Was really hoping that it'll fit.
