I bought 3 of these and none of them works. Trying to connect between my Microsoft Surface Book 2 to LG OLED 4K TV and there is no signal. I switched to a different brand (thicker) HDMI cable and that works perfectly.

Came in timely fashion. Does exactly what I need it to do.

Highly recommend if you're wanting slim cables. Perfect for my 55 inch & 43 inch Sony Smart TV's. Monoprice never disappoints me.

Doesn't work for ARC between Samsung one box and Sony Receiver.

Cable length and thinness is great, but I ordered 3 and 2 of them were DOA. Quality seems inconsistent.

HDMI cord works great and the slim cord is less noticeable with the add on device for our system.

I always turn to Monoprice for my cabling needs. This particular cable was needed for my first foray into using Arc to route sound from my TV to my receiver. It works just fine and my concerns about being able to get it to work are non existent. I knew when I purchased this cable that if I did have an issue, it was not going to be because the cable couldn't handle the high speed signal.

I have gotten tired of trying to route bulky HDMI cables, and of trying to make sure they remain plugged in where there is less than a foot of space directly in back of the devices to which they are connected. The distance is necessary to allow the cable to enter the receptacle without bending the cable , the plug, or having it sit cockeyed. This cable is really thin and flexible; routing it is a pleasure. The connectors are small and there is no choke, so it will also pass through small access holes without difficulty. I'm going to order another one.

Over the years I have had several HDMI cables used for my TVs. When my TV signal indicated that communications were poor and that I had an HDMI error, I replaced the cable. I have done that with a few different cables which I had. Some were bulky and some were made of materials hard to bend. I eventually ordered this cable, more than one of them, for my TVs and the problems have stopped. The quality of the product, the tightness of the attachment, and the thin format were all beneficial to my TV.

Upgraded to full 4k HD and these will not support true 4k. They are fine with 1080 but that is it. I am using a Yamaha V685 with a Samsung Blu 4k player and LG 4k tv. I had to go into the special set up screen and use mode 2 on the receiver to down grade the video to play. Today I went ahead and purchased Audio Quest cables from Best Buy and everything works perfect in 4k now. These cables are inexpensive and ok for other needs, just not good for true 4k but you get what you pay for.

I've purchased 3 and replaced 2 once or twice (it's been a few months so I don't remember exactly how many times they were replaced.). They didn't work right out of the bag. Really unsure about how the quality could be so poor with these. I really want them to work.

I've been having issue with my ARC connection for like forever but after using this product from Monoprice so far so good, no more issue at all..very happy now thank you.

I love the small cable diameter of this active HDMI cable. It’s 15 feet long and takes up less space in my laptop bag than a non-active 6 foot cable. It works perfect from the HDMI port on my laptop or from the lightning to HDMI adaptor on my iPhone to a projector or TV. I would like to see this cable in a 20 foot length. I love this cable!

It worked great from ipad to projector, TV, etc. for book group presentation.

It is not working well at all. It is not connecting my Apple TV at all. It does not process Dolby vision.
