RF ingress and egress near BNC connectors.

These Monoprice Viper SDI cables have a major quality issue, apparently going back several years based on my own purchases. Do not purchase the cables until Monoprice solves the issue. There is radio frequency signal egress and ingress when the BNC connectors flex just a little bit. We were having very intermittent SDI signal loss issues caused by interference between two cables that were in a bundle and that entered our video switcher on adjacent BNC jacks. We purchased new cables of the same type a year later and the problem didn't go away. It took us a year to figure out that these cables were the source of our long standing problem. Monoprice after sales support has been excellent, but you'll want to stay away from these cables until the problem is resolved.

1080p signal using 250’ cable worked flawlessly so far.

Used for video assist purposes and worked flawlessly with 1080p signal and even when I had to run it across a working road being frequented by many big rig vehicles and had no drop outs or interference at any point. This was using the 250’ cable that I got during a sale so great value.
