While most mobile devices use the 3.5mm stereo headphone output, most home audio systems with an amplifier or receiver use RCA jacks for audio inputs. This cable is ideal for converting the stereo signal from a 3.5mm headphone jack to separate left and right channel RCA. It has a single 3.5mm (1/8") TRS male stereo plug on one end and a pair of left/right female RCA jacks on the other end, each with molded connector housings and strain relief boots.

An Invaluable little adapter

I bought 3 of these adapters so the next time I need one I should be able to find at least one. With this gadget it’s a snap to get stereo audio from a headphone jack and route it to just about any pair of stereo RCA input jacks. What can I say - I’m a lifetime lover of music and good sound and I do a lot of trouble-shooting-these things get the job done.

Fits my need

I needed a short stereo to 2 RCA cable and this fills the bill. No more need to wind up a 3 foot cable into a tight space.
