Description

Connect up to eight channels of audio between equipment with 1/4-inch TRS jacks and devices with XLR jacks using this 8-Channel 1/4-inch TRS Male to XLR Male Snake Cable from Monoprice!

This snake cable features eight balanced mono or unbalanced stereo lines with color coded wires (red, white, green, yellow, black, blue, gray, and brown). Each wire is constructed of a pair of 26 AWG conductors with aluminum foil shielding to protect from stray EM and RF interference.

The wires at one end are terminated in 1/4-inch TS plugs, while at the other end they are terminated in RCA plugs.

Best $20 I've spent

Trying to hook up two keyboards and an electronic drum kit to a small mixer, all using separate cables for each channel (total 6), was a huge nightmare, esp. dealing with feedback. This snake did the same job with ease at two subsequent gigs. The best thing is that it's shielded--no more feedback problems. Post-gig, I just roll it up and throw it in the bin with the rest of the gear. Oh, and did I mention that it costs only $20?
