3 of the plugs had stripped screws to connect the wires.

These are very well made and have a nice snug fit both to the bare wire and to the speaker connectors. I don't see them coming loose anytime soon!

Nothing to compare to, first time using banana plugs, they are as I expected, the two set screws grab on securely and they worked well for my 4mm² speaker wires. The only thing that would be a minor complaint for me is that I wish the black/red collar would hold on a little bit more tightly when screwed on, they come loose easily, not that it affects the function.

I got tired of the speaker wire pulling out of my cheap speaker connectors, so I ordered these. They have room for very thick wire and the two beefy set screws hold the speaker wire very firmly. They look great and provide a nice tight fit to my amp and speakers. Be sure you have enough room behind your amp or receiver. These stick out about 1" - 1.5". If space is a problem, look at some angled connectors instead. Overall these are well worth the money.

These seem to be good quality. had no trouble using 12 ga ofc wire. Don't care for the flat blade screws but perhaps that is all that will work in the limited space. Good quality and fair price. More expensive speaker wire is almost all for looks.

Worked great, looks good. Makes it so much easier to set up the connections and change any if needed. Highly recommended!

Very good quality for the price. I like the double screws for a solid connection. It was a bit of a challenge to get them on ten gauge wire. It took a few tries to get the screws in deep enough so that the ring would fit back into place to cover the connection but it?s doable. Any smaller gauge wire will be a cinch.

Very high quality I was very impressed with how sleek and simple these are. They were exactly what I was looking for. Each one comes individually bagged for protection. Warning they are a bit stiff when plugging them in which is perfect. I redid my whole system with them and I couldn?t be happier. WELL WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY!

Plugs fit very snugly into speaker outputs on the A/V receiver, no worries about them accidentally getting unplugged. Requires a very small flat-blade screwdriver to connect to the speaker cables, but clamps down firmly on the cables.

Love the fit and look of these banana plugs. I tried spades, but just couldn’t get them to tighten, especially for a pair of speakers that I move around. No issue with these ones. They’re great.

Excellent product and easy to use. Takes a while to ship because it was OOS, even though showing as available when I ordered.

Easy to install and provided full contact with my 12 Ga wire. Be careful of those that provide very little contact, you may as well use 28 ga with some of them. Very snug fit into my equipment. I’d repeat the purchase.

Not bad for the price. The range of wire gauges is limited and its hard to get just right. If you tin the leads or crimp on a ferrule, you may have to mash it flat for the screws to go in far enough. It’d be better if the screws were on the same side. These are much better than the other style where you have to splay the wires then tighten

I don't really have the audio equipment to tell if these change audio quality, but they certainly improve the experience of setting up your system, especially if you have a large system (i.e. 7.1.4). Nice to have even if you know you'll just set it and forget it. I've moved things around a few times and having banana plugs is an absolute godsend

They look just like the photo. I like the double contact screws. Simple installation. I should have paid for quicker shipping. Standard shipping to east coast was 7 day, I was not in a rush. I recommend this product.

Easy to connect but found some quality issues with some of the plugs. There is a plastic insert inside the plug. On 2 out 10 the plug was damaged and didn’t allow for a solid connection. On one the insert actually fell out.

The Affinity Series 24k Gold Speaker Banana Plugs worked as advertised for my application. It makes it so much easier to connect speaker wires to speakers and AV Receivers. I strongly recommend.
