Good cables, but channels are reversed
These cables do the job we bought them for, but caused a fair amount of consternation until I got out the multimeter and determined that the tip (left channel) is driving the red plug and the ring (right channel) is driving the gray plug, which is the opposite of the normal convention and what the product description says.

Somewhat working, but working
Usable, but this is the first cable I've gotten that has had a problem from the get-go. I use it on a laptop, and quickly noticed that I need to have it situated in a certain position while plugged in to get both channels working. All the other cables I've purchased so far have been great. I hope this last one was just an odd-ball.

Good Cable for the Price
I use it as a patch for my mixer and PA gear. Cable is well made and sturdy, and while the noisefloor isn't perfect, the short length keeps it to a minimum and the noise has never been an issue. Much higher quality than monoprice's RCA jumpers which I would avoid at all costs, especially if you can use this cable instead. For the price, you can't go wrong.

Works great so far, and was really cheap. We shall see how it holds up. I am using it to connect the audio extractor output from my HDMI switch to my rackmount FireWire audio unit.

This cable is ideal to get the output from a 1/8" stereo headphone jack into another device such as an audio interface for recording on the computer or into a mixing board/PA system. It's well built and works very nicely.

Not Recommended, Good for 4 months of daily use.
These cables do not hold up well unless it is a permanent installation. The protective cover on the 3.5mm pide is bulky and places extra weight. Invariably the pin bends. Despite the heavy protective cover, the wires on the 3.5mm side internally fray and the cable either no longer works or audio comes out on only one side. I have gone through six of these cables now. The TRS side of the cable is fine.

The TRS end of this cable fits rather loosely in my smartphone and laptop. No intermittent connection issues, but it seems easier to accidentally yank out than I'd like. Other than that, it works well to get stereo audio into our Berhinger XR18 mixer (channels 17 and 18 are a stereo pair)

Good quality. I bought two. One of the 1/8 in TRS connectors is a little loose when plugged into an other Female connector the other one is tight. Over all good quality cable. Would also be nice if they had a little long cable in the selection.

These are wired backwards! Unacceptable!
I have ordered two sets of these and they are both wired backward. The RIGHT should be RED, and it is the reverse on these. The description even states: "The connector heads of the TS plugs are color coded red and gray to identify the right and left channels respectively." Will Monoprice offer correctly wired replacements?
