A: I enjoy having the flexibility of getting daily tasks done while pumping. And they are more comfortable to me than my spectra pump. I also get better results with the M5s dual mode vs just expression or massage mode.

A: Hello. Whether you can use a breast pump depends on your nipple size. Our standard flange is 24mm, and we offer inserts in 17mm, 19mm, and 21mm sizes. A 27mm flange is also available for separate sale. As long as the nipple diameter falls within these ranges, you can use the breast pump.

A: We apologize for the inconvenience. The M5 pump does not currently have a plug on the milk bowl. We recommend that you avoid excessive bending over or that you can pour out when it has 120ml of milk.

Good until it stops
It’s a great pump but the motors are unreliable. I’ve had the pump for two weeks and one of the sides motor stopped working however mom cozy has been working with me to get a replacement.

Crying over...
The pump is pretty loud for the price, but the suction gets the job done. HOWEVER: the pumps have no way of standing up on their own, and there is no “lid” to the milk container, there’s just a hole at the top. Therefore when trying to transfer them to a milk container you can’t set them down or they topple over and leak/dump the milk out. I’ve spent too many nights crying over spilled milk and I do not recommend if you need to set them down at all like me!

Like many others mentioned- listen! These pumps lose power within a day or single use and are extremely challenging to set up. If you need something fast to set up and use on the go, this is not it. This will frustrate you beyond measure! Had to return mine within 24 hours of buying it because the suction broke.

I like it for the most part, but I find it to be painful
I’ve only had this pump for about 2 weeks, but I’ve used it at least twice a day. I like how convenient this pump is, especially as someone who is currently exclusively pumping. I like that I can turn it on and forget about it. I get a good amount of milk and I do feel like it empties me pretty well. I do find this pump to be pretty painful, though. I think it’s also given me milk blisters a few times, which are also very painful. I do plan to continue using this pump, I just wish it was more comfortable.

Great Breast pump!
Was eager to try this Hands-Free pump and I wasn’t disappointed. I love it! Very easy to wash and assemble. The suction is great, I had more milk output than usual. From the few breast pumps I’ve tried this one has been my favorite and go to. I’m a Happy Momma :)

Just buy it, seriously.
Writing this review after two uses because it’s that good. I was a wearable pump sceptic from day one, for no real reason other than I’m old school, but this made me a believer. I’m exclusively pumping and supplementing with formula, but it’s been so hard to find the will to get up and pump during the night and be chained to my plug in pump, so I broke and figured “what the heck” these are worth a shot. And boy was I right - not only was I able to cook, wash bottles, and do laundry while pumping, I finally feel like I’m getting some relief and my engorgement has gone down significantly due to be be able to pump a little longer since I’m not stuck in one spot. The device itself is so easy to use and comes with a variety of sized flange inserts. It’s quiet and easy to clean. If you’re on the fence about buying this, girl go ahead and just do it!

I’m not rating this based on the product itself, as it was meant to be a gift for my niece, who is expecting. I placed the order for drive-up pickup but, unfortunately, didn’t check the item at the time because I was in a rush to get home, pick up my kids, and head to the baby shower. Once I got home, I noticed the item wasn’t sealed or wrapped, which immediately raised concerns about whether it might have been previously used and returned. When I opened the box, I was shocked to find visible breast milk stains inside. It was extremely unsettling, and clearly not something I would feel comfortable gifting—especially for a first-time mom. I quickly closed the box and called my sister, who happened to be shopping at Target at the time. I asked her to purchase a new one for me, and I planned to reimburse her since I didn’t want to be late—my niece had asked me to arrive early to help set up for the shower. I returned the used item to the store right away and explained to the associate that I had received an obviously used product through drive-up pickup. I emphasized that I would never gift something like that. She told me that since it was opened, she needed to check with her manager. When she returned, she said the store could only offer an even exchange due to their return policy on opened items. I explained that I no longer needed an exchange because my sister had already bought a replacement. I requested a refund back to my original form of payment. She insisted this wasn’t allowed due to store policy. At that point, I became frustrated—clearly, I wasn’t the one who used the item, and it should never have been resold. I pointed out that staff should thoroughly check returns before putting them back on shelves, especially for sensitive items like breast pumps, and especially for pickup orders where customers don’t have a chance to inspect them beforehand. After pushing back, the associate finally agreed to process the return to my original payment method. However, the entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. I expect better quality control, particularly with items related to infant care.

Great pump, but didn't last long
this pump has great suction. I always got enough milk from using it. the downfall, though, I only used it a few times at the end of my pumping journey with my 2nd kid, and started using it at the beginning with my 3rd. one of the motors stopped working. I contacted Momcozy, since it was almost a year and no longer returnable at Target (September 2024-July 2025), but I had only actively used it approximately 3 months in that time frame. they quickly sent me a replacement, but it had a STRONG perfume smell. even afyer washing and boiling the silicone parts, they still had a strong smell and also the motor. over all, they sent me 3 replacements, but all 3 had the same smell. The one from Target did NOT smell like this at all. Momcozy did send me a full refund. I would have bought it again from Target, but I read reviews that other people also had pump mother issues. it was GREAT while it lasted 😢
