Moen Preston Brushed Nickel Toilet Paper Holder

I bought this toilet paper holder and the towel rack because I thought it was pretty and of great quality but the toilet paper holder is missing the screw & the mounting hardware.Can I purchase these???

It was easy to install and matched my other Moen products.

These will look great in our new bathroom and we love this particular style.

I really like this product. It looks just like the pictures showed online. It is of durable quality and at a great price.

I am well over 65 and never installed any type of fixture really. I gave it a try reading the directions that came with the paper holder. It would not take the set screw so I knew it had to be installed wrong. Went to the Moen website and watched an install. Should have done it first time around. So my advice to anyone installing something like that for the first time, go on Moen's site and learn how from watching. Like I said, the paper instructions lack a lot but the video was tops.

Loved this collection, but...I realized that my toilet paper holder arm should be facing the other direction so as to not have the roll fall off every time I pull paper from the roll! For this reason, I would search for one that allows you to switch the direction of the arm. The robe hook from this same collection is odd looking as well. It's a ball with two very small horns on either side. I bought it, not realizing that a robe is too heavy to sit on one of these horns, they are just too short!
