This will prevent a lot of damage as floods happen
I HAVE THIS DEVICE IN 5 HOMES AND i LOVE IT. My only request would be to allow multiple users to see a device on the phone app so that my wife and kids can see the device on our recreation properties as it is not usually me that is on site, but someone else int he family. So when the device turns off it would be good if everyone could see it.

If you are away from home often, you need this.
This affords me such great piece of mind. IT seems to water pressure sensor is a bit off from a real analog gauge in my testing, but overall, this is a quality item anyone should have if they are away from their home for long stretches of time.

Great Piece of Technology
Works as advertised and provides weekly data for review. Monitor your usage. Shut my water off in the middle of the night; the humidifier was running and it detected it as a slow leak over 2 hours of runtime. Changed witi password and was easy to add new password. Well made.
