Defective parts
One of the valve caps had no threads.......Diverter from the Caldwell shower valve set that I purchased elsewhere set failed to send the water to the tub....came out of both the shower head and the tub spout. The valve cap my construction man was able to substitute another spare, the diverter I am unfortunately am stuck with.Truly a disappointment from a company that I thought made a better quality of products.

Love MOEN products, not this one!
This product should be taken off the market. There’s no reason to have this many parts to assemble. My product came with no instructions and it made it very difficult to try and assemble. As a result, I assembled it wrong and then I couldn’t get the pieces apart. Do everybody a favor fire the engineer that designed this product?

Another handle quits working
Product looks nice but does not perform like other Moen faucets I've used. I've installed Moen faucets in my last four houses and haven't had any issues until i got this faucet. One handle got very hard to turn and was replaced under warranty, but now that handle has locked up and turns the base as well as the cartridge. The handles cannot be lubed or cleaned and are a very poor design.

Love the look, hate the mechanics.
I purchased the Moen Caldwell nickle plated for my bathroom sink. At first it worked great. Then the stream got smaller and smaller. We are trying to replace the aerator in the faucet and cannot find one to replace it. This has been an exercise in futility! :(

The Aerator tool was included with the faucet when originally purchased and is also available with a replacement aerator, part number 180158. We love the design.
Has a good, solid, chrome shine. Handles move silky smooth. Faucet height is perfect for a taller person (my wife). Water flow is very smooth, and the stream does not splash. Drain plug moves smoothly, and doesn't leak.

Really flawless operation-and clean design
Install was pretty easy-Best, clearest set of directions I have seen in a while. I like the aerator design and tool as well for easy off cleaning Really needed the new sink stopper, too, after 25 years. Had to make one trip to Ace for new drain tube and P-trap as gunk pretty heavy.
