Leaking problem with the quick connect
Just bought a week ago and installed. The quick connect hose arrangement is leaking at the center attachment point where the button to release it is located. Other parts seem fine but it's a disappointing beginning. I will be requesting a replacement part.

Happy with Purchase
I’m very happy with my purchase. My contractor shared that he’s used this same product at many houses and has had a couple of families mention that they’ve had issues after awhile, so I’m glad I registered my purchase in case that happens. But so far, no issues for me.

Great fsucet. Hard to install.
The faucet looks and works great. It was very difficult to install, requiring two people. The nuts to tighten the controls and spout are hard to get to, ans are hard to hold in place while the nuts are being tightened.

Best product in 10 years!!!
I recently installed four Banbury faucets in my home. My hat is off to the engineers. It was a snap. The smaller profile of the Mounting ring to include hex-phillips screws made the tightening of the faucets so easy. Additional, the quick connect hose was a feat of engineering. Plus the simplicity of design turns heads. A great faucet for the times.
