Good fixture but cheap plunger
Fixture itself has worked well but the plunger mechanism was a cheap plastic. I wound up buying one separately to get the quality and life I expected

Banbury Chrome Bathroom Faucet
I love this model. I've had it about six years and it has exceeded expectations. I needed to replace the cartridge last week and did not have or know the allen key size to remove the handle. I emailed Moen and not only did they mail me the correct allen key but they also mailed me a replacement cartridge/handle free of charge! Moen has the best products and customer service.

Works well, no problems.
I installed this a month or so ago, so can't report on reliability. Hence only 4 stars. So far it looks good and works very smoothly, unlike the cheapie it replaced. However, I have used other Moen products over decades and they have done very well. Customer service is excellent. I have gotten advice and parts (free) for faucets many years old. Yes I am a Moen fan.

Love my new Moen chrome faucet!

Restricted water flow
This is a great looking faucet but the tiny 1/4” tubing that is permanently attached provides limited water flow.

Looks nice
Not liking the metallic odor that comes off on my hands. Also, yellow spots are appearing on my sink from it.
