Sprayer belongs on a child's toy kitchen sink 😢
I just installed a new Moen faucet in my kitchen and no leaks. Works ok.. I'm a loyal Moen customer and like that the company stands by it's products. I bought the same model recently that was previously on my sink but that one was many years old . I am disappointed in the quality and " cheapness" of this new one. It says chrome on the box but the sprayer is obviously chrome colored plastic and feels more like it belongs on a child's toy kitchen than in a real home. The single faucet handle is also much shorter than the previous model and isn't very easy for larger hands to grab and lift to turn on . Sorry to say that as much as I've loved you in the past, I don't like this new cheap product.

Smooth operation
Recently replaced my 1988 kitchen faucet with a new Moehn. The difference is like going from an old Chevy to a new Mercedes!! This faucet takes a light touch to turn off or on and glides over from cold to hot.

It looks good and functioning good at this moment. Let us see in 5 years or so if there will be tiny hole that will cause to leak between the spout and the handle. It is good that it has a lifetime warranty and I registered it.

A nice product with a weaker mounting
This is an excellent product, and it was the most easy to install of any kitchen faucet I have ever used. There were 2 problems: (1) The faucet is held in place by a large plastic nut on the underside. The older models had 2 steel screws that went from the faucet into the frame and were bolted from below. These provide a better hold. Why not make a faucet plate that can be mounted BOTH WAYS? If you don't want the screws, you unscrew them from the plate, and use the plastic nut. (2) The model number changes in a mysterious fashion I ordered model #87551, the invoice says #87551, the actual product is #87604.

The faucet is nice, but had some install problems. It didn't sit flat on the sink which caused it to leak.

We Hate it!
The only good thing to say was the easy installation. After that it's all downhill. Water flow is so slow it takes a long time to fill a pot, or worse to fill the sink. The spray catches you off guard sometimes to say "Hi! I'm not really shut off! surprise! " As water sprays across the sink towards you. After 3 months use, it is now loose, and I need to crawl under the sink to hopefully tighten it. Wish I hadn't replaced the old Delta.The wife has threatened to fill a pot at the laundry room sink and carry it to fill the kitchen sink. She also places a cloth over the sprayer because she is tired of getting wet.

Faucet is just what we wanted. I would have liked a bigger handle for the sprayer. I have arthritis in my hands and if I want to use the sprayer, I have to use 2 hands. The trigger is difficult to push and could have a better design for the sprayer.

3 year shelf life
I was so disappointed when this sink started malfunctioning after 3 years. The sprayer will not release itself, and soaks me each time I use it. Regretting this purchase, and also had to by the handyman to install. A sink shouldn't be this unrealiable.
