Leaks at base
Purchased three years ago but recently installed. Water is leaking from base of faucet.

Solid, well made, and stylish faucet
Purchased product to replace corroded faucet (another brand). Product came with complete parts. Installation was very straight-forward and easy. This is clearly a high-end product that is solid and well made. Highly recommended.

So Beautiful But Smells So Bad
The brushed gold finish of the Voss faucet gives great aesthetic pleasure, matching with my new shower system. Howeve, the smell of water coming out of these faucets is not manageable. I recently replaced two faucets and both of them are having the same metallic, oil-like disgusting smell. I took aerator out and have been using faucets without it, following the recommendation of Moen... nothing worked. Any suggestions?

kitchen faucet to fit needs
We have had a pull up kitchen faucet and wanted to replace it. It was a Moen and we had it for about 20 years. I probably replaced the cartridges about 5 time and each time I simply called Moen and they sent the part at no charge. This was a no brainer we got another Moen.

Beautiful but staining my sink
We’ve had this for a few months. We love the look of it but it continues to leave a gold metallic stain in the sink every time you use the faucet. Will this ever stop?

High Quality, Good Basic Materials,
I bought five sets of the Moen Voss Center set faucets for a home 3-bathroom update (4-chrome and 1-Brushed Nickel). I am very pleased with the appearance and functionality of the faucets. These faucets were installed on 3 cm (1-3/16 inch) thick bathroom vanity tops by a plumber. The plumber complimented me on selecting a very good faucet set.

Elegant styling
The unique color of the brushed gold is more copper than yellow. Smooth and solid on/off action. Simple replacement updates the whole room.

Great style and quality
Moen has always been my choice; actually replaced existing Moen faucets when we updated with new countertops and faucets.They were trouble free for 16 years. Highly recommend.

Excellent Style
My first faucet install went well thanks to the enclosed directions and online videos from Moen. They do not cover removal of the old faucet, however. The new Moen looks amazing and we are happy knowing how well Moen stands by their products in the unlikely event something should fail.

The styling and construction is great. The drain was a little difficult to make not leak but overall a great product. I am very happy with this faucet. It is very easy to keep clean.

It's Great
This a wonderful faucet. It is more stylish than the one we had. This faucet is sleek and looks very " high tech" and modern. Easy DIY project. The most difficult aspect was removing the old faucet.

Moen for life
