When I read all the reviews and saw people complaining about the print showing through the fabric, I was surprised. Duvet covers aren't normally used over printed comforters. They are used on down or down alternative comforters that are almost universally white. That said, I had no issue whatsoever with any color showing through with my white down comforter. It looks exactly as I expected it to, and it's not too thin at all. If I put my hand through it, sure, I can see it; but that's not how it's used.This duvet is a perfect fit for my California King comforter. My complaint? It's rough and scratchy. That's a problem because we who use down comforters often forgo flat sheets in favor of washing the duvets. That is, I don't have a flat sheet and the duvet makes direct contact with my skin. The listing says ' soft.& quot; That wouldn't be on the list of adjectives I would use to describe this.

I bought 2 duvet covers for twin beds. They arrived stained under the ribbon (see picture). The stain did come out in the wash, but for a product that cost over $50 dollars I expected them clean upon arrival. One of the flanges on the shams doesn't lay flat due to poor sewing. The weight is what you'd expect from poly/cotton fabric.

Great high thread count sheets, very silky and they get better with each washing. I've had them just over a year now. The rating is four stars rather than five for two reasons. First, the pillow cases are NOT over-sized. My set came with standard cases that fit standard pillows. My queen pillows stick out the end. Second, and this is less important, the fitted sheet could be just the tiniest bit larger to fit on the mattress without so much wrestling. Overall, however, I love sleeping on my sheets!

Really nice duvet cover, especially for the sale price. It is see slightly see through (i have a white duvet so its not noticeable) but if it was coloured or stained you would probably be able to see it through the cover.
