Miracle-Gro Organics Plant Food Granules Fertilizer 3lbs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bag is 3 lbs, which I found perfectly for my little garden. I used this plant food on my roses, all my flowers, blueberry tree, and some herbs. The bag has a zipper on it, so I don’t have to find a container to store the un used.

I’ve been using Miracle Grow for years, both plant food and bloom booster. Without both I would not be enjoying my plants growth and harvests.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to Influenster and Miracle Grow for the chance to try the Organic All Purpose Plant Food in exchange for my honest review. I honestly thought this plant food was just OK. I like the packaging It’s convenient to reseal and the bag is a decent size . I also like the fact that it includes a scoop, which makes it easy to apply the plant food to soil. What I did not like is the smell. The smell is bad, but it gets worse when it is used on indoor plants. Once I watered my indoor plants with this plant food, I had a horrible smell in my house and I couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. When I figured out the horrible smell was coming from , I ended up having to repot a number of my indoor plants because the plant food made my entire house smell bad.. the smell lasted for days . So I had to put them in new soil. Now in terms of my outdoor plants there was no smell, but I honestly could not tell the difference between the amount growth before or after using the fertilizer. So for me, this won’t be be a plant food I purchase in the future.

Now, the honeysuckle responded beautifully to a watering with the mix. Not pictured are the succulents I also used the Miracle-Gro fertilizer on. They seemed to have also enjoyed it, with the jade plant putting on almost a full inch growth. Unfortunately, my magnolia did not appreciate its use. As you can see, it became stunted and dropped all its leaves after the watering. The bag itself is easy to open. The measurements are clear, as are the instructions. The granules mix with water well, and spread cleanly if being used outside. Really, my only suggestion would be to make sure you’re adding the correct chemical mixture to whichever plants you’re fertilizing.

I used this Miracle-Gro product at the suggestion of a family member and I am so glad I did. My formerly sad plant now looks lively! The product was easy to use. Just mixed it into the existing soil and watered it.

We normally see maybe only 5 buds by now, but this year it is thriving with MANY buds starting to grow and Roses already in bloom, thanks to the Miracle-Gro! This is a plant food you should use for a more vibrant color, more blossoms, and lasting longer! It costs a little more than other brands, but it is worth it! Your flowers will certainly not disappoint!

It's simple to mix in and you start seeing a difference immediately. All my plants purked up and some new growth has come in. Love this product. Will be buying again.
