Sent the wrong size. No customer support

Twice now I’ve ordered the pair in a specific size and TWICE I got the wrong size. I called this company and left 3 messages but they never got back to me. Not worth buying.

Look nice but way too narrow

My husband wears a size 13 shoe, regular width. I ordered size 13-15, and they were much too narrow. Maybe it is the knitting pattern? Although there is significant stretch length-wise, there is almost no stretch width-wise. I wear a women’s size 11 narrow and I couldn’t get them on my feet.
