Not made of cotton
This scarf is actually really nice, but it is NOT made of cotton. I see now that another review mentions that, but the posting should be updated to reflect that this scarf is 100% viscose. I'm giving this one star because that should have been corrected. If this had been billed as a viscose scarf, it would be five stars, as it's very soft and cozy.

Not cotton. It's viscose. But fabulously soft.
