Not a rotary phone
The buttons being in a circle does not make this a rotary phone. I think it would have been a cool to make it have the rotary dialing. That being said my daughter still likes it.

Great for playtime

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product free to test out and review and let me tell you this was the best little gift for my daughter! She love mini mouse and she loves to pretend on the phone! This product is light weight but surprisingly durable it’s been through some things! The avoice volume is perfect as well!

The phone makes the dial tone sound along with the sound of dialing numbers. I love that it give the option to hear Minnie voice and also the phone cord stretches out long as well.
