Recently diagnosed with Stage 4 Heart failure. Dr. believes I have less than a year. Have taken a serious approach with my vitamins. I take the B complex, Calcium, Cardio omega 3 fish oil, Collagen, CoQ10, D 500mg, E, Raw antioxidants and resveratrol, After a stroke in July and a pace maker installed in September. I am feeling stronger and stronger every day. When I left the hospital after my last stay, I was so weak I could not even stand straight. My body rejected all the hospital food and most of my favorite foods at home, as well. I was not able to speak in my regular voice, it was such a strain, I sounded like a scared child. My adult voice is back, the color in my cheeks has returned. My body has started to accept some foods little by little. I am now able to stand unassisted for as much as 5 minutes, not a major accomplishment for most of us. When I finally got back home, I could barely keep myself vertical for 30 seconds.
