Shirt was an adult size labeled 4T

I think there was a mix up with the manufacturer. I ordered a 4T and the shorts were fine however the shirt was HUGE. It honestly fit me… I’m 39… the shirt is an adult small t shirt but labeled 4T? I’m so confused…. I want it but just want the real 4T size? Picture attached with a regular 4T shirt for reference

Too runs small, bottoms run big

Purchased the set in 3T. The top was on the smaller side about one size too small but matching bottoms were huge, the waist was huge and the leg openings were huge!
