Good flavor
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I wasn’t expecting much from these and expecting them to be gross. But they have really good flavor and I think can give some really good results if consistently taken and keeping on a routine to build up a fiber routine. Overall I feel like they helped my in take a little bit but I would need to continue more than 1 jar use to see more solid results.

I'm not sure what all else I can say about the supplement other than they work quickly but not too efficiently so there is no running to the bathroom. I guess what I am getting at is they're a gentle formula. I am satisfied with the product and will continue to purchase

Following the instructions for the maintenance dose, I found these worked well! They supplemented my diet (especially when traveling) with the proper amount of fiber which I really liked. I would recommend to family and friends.

Too much work
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these in exchange for my honest feedback. These really help my digestive system stay smooth and regular. However taking five large capsules four times a day is really not ideal. The pills work but they seem like too much work to take. I will not be continuing with these capsules.

If you don’t like taking all the capsules in a serving at one time, you can spread them out throughout the day. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an easy way to add some fiber without worrying about drinking a bad tasting drink. Very convenient to add a couple of pills. However, the number of pills you need to take is way too much for my taste. I think it's good if you're temporarily going through constipation. If you need it for every day maitainance just know you'll be taking at least 8 pills a day and that's a lot.

Take these every day to remove the waste that weighs you down, it will help you to feel lighter and more energetic and definitely gets rid of bloat. It is also said to help maintain healthy blood sugar levels and lower cholesterol. Soluble Dietary fiber is sometimes hard to get in and this is a great way to do it easily with 5 grams per dose. I take these daily and won't go with them again. Definitely recommend!

Gummy vitamin
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Metamucil gummy chews are not only delicious but super easy to take. Chewy like a candy treat and don’t leave a film in your mouth. I use to take the powder and mix into my water every morning and that was a little tough as it didn’t taste very well and left a chalky film behind. These make the process so much easier. I will buy more asap.

I don't really like the powder you add to drinks I think it is either too chunky or taste bad. So I love the capsules! And the no sugar is great since I'm trying to lower my sugar intake also!
