Short Life Span
Died after 6 months. Only used it twice. It would also randomly turn on and not turn off, ruining the battery life. It also would only work for a few minutes and then stop. Not worth the money.

Poorly made, broke immediately
Used this product a couple of times before it started turning on and off on its own. Soon after, it just stopped turning on completely. I have a feeling it was from using it in the shower which the package claims to be fine. Very frustrated and feeling like I just threw away my money.

Not that great imo. For one, there are not enough guard options. For two, the placement of the power button makes it too easy to accidentally hit when trying to maneuver in tricky areas. I wouldnt buy it again.

Worse trimmer I’ve ever owned. Doesn’t cut the hair very short, always have lots of stubble. One of the springs already broke after 6 months. My last trimmer lasted me a years. Very disappointed in this purchase. I knew I should have returned immediately.

Not a close shave at all.
I bought this with the expectation that it would have the option to give a very close and smooth shave, as I like having my skin very smooth, however this genuinely barely works at all for that. It does what it says on the box pretty much, it TRIMS, does NOT SHAVE. Before this, I used my face razor to shave my body and that one gave me a closer shave than this. I've been looking for a new razor for a while and I bought this one with high expectations that it could do that but I'm severely disappointed. There should be a way to adjust the guard to get a closer shave.

Only used it once
Used it once, so while stored in the shower it obviously loses its juice even when not in use. Charged it fully to find it literally vibrating and on when I returned to it?? Then it wouldn’t turn back off! It’s hot to the touch and I’m afraid it might catch on fire. Once I was able to shut it off I probably won’t ever turn it back on again. Smh!
