Life Threatening
In the past 10 years, I have had four cats develop life-threatening kidney and urinary diseases from eating meow mix. I have fed my cats meow mix for decades, but have now changed their diet. Our veterinarian had to put one of our cats down yesterday due to a blockage in the urinary tract. He said it was due to a high fat diet. Two other cats have become diabetic the other cat that was put down had an unspecified issue with the kidneys.
