Men Rocky Black S2V 400G Insulated Tactical Military Boot

Comfortable fit. I bought these boots and worn them two winters now. Perfect insulation for 30ish degree weather camping for me. They are light and long lasting and with a pair of Dr Schools inserts are so comfortable on rough rocky ground for my old feet. Rocky boots for me are the right cut, plenty of toe room the other boot brands can lack. For the price these are a great pair of boots.

I haven't had these for a long period but in the short time so far they've been solid. Testing them on wet, smooth surfaces is something I have not done yet but I have some other boots that are horrible. I hope these are much better. Other than that, I'm satisfied. I also go out of my wat to buy American made. 🇺🇸

I bought a pair of coyote brown S2V’s (RKC050) recently and they were absolutely perfect! Fairly lightweight, great fit and so comfortable. So, I thought I’d order a pair of these black insulated ones for winter wear. Got them in today and while the quality is there, the leather is very stiff and they are quite a bit heavier than the others. The first pair required absolutely no break in whatsoever but think these are going to take a couple weeks. Hopefully I can get used to the extra weight in that time. I must add that I’ve had three back surgeries so quality boots are a must! I just hope the additional weight of these don’t cause future problems. Again, they are high quality boots but if you have back or hip problems, be forewarned as they are heavy.

Exceptionally comfortable. Wore them all day the day they arrived and felt no discernable discomfort. Totally worth the price. As such, considering the tan version of the same boot in tan for future purchase.

I really wanted to love this boot, but it runs narrow for a wide. I'm normally a single E or wide width, but the wide in this boot was too narrow.

This will be my third pair of Rocky Gore Tex Boots. They last forever and keep your feet dry and warm. I accidentally ordered the wrong size but the return/exchange was very easy.

Comfortable boots for a temperate climate. They're gortex and waterproof.

So happy with my purchase. These boots are nice leather, solid and will last a long time. Bought for my son, he loves them!

These boots are just what you need when you are in and out all day

This is my second pair of these boots, had the prior version before this pair. I work in mountainous terrain with all kinds of weather and these keep me comfortable and warm all shift. Only thing with these boots is the run about 1/2 size larger than my normal shoe size.

Had a pair gifted to me by a friend I had served with, after hearing I needed new winter boots. I live and minister just outside FT Drum, NY than I was out and about clearing snow in the area, visiting parishioners and others I minister to. They are warm and dry, have had to stand with my feet submerged and they were fine, no leaks.

This is an initial review and unboxing of the product with limited wear time. Although the quality and finish of the boot was perfect. The workmanship and construction is obvious from the first look. The boots fit was true and I found immediate comfort, these are easily an all day boot with great comfort to weight ratio....The Vibram soles have great lug pattern and traction and are a perfect compromise of support and flexibility to pair with the boot. Cant wait for the fall hunting seasons to put them to a true field test.

I bought my last pair September 2014, Finally wore the tread down but the boot is still in great shape. I bought a new pair with the 400g insulation and its hard to believe they are actually more comfortable. These are the most comfortable boots i have ever owned. Made in USA, Gore-Tex is also a must, Philly is Cold, wet, and some deep snow at times. If i get another 3 years from these boots then its a bargain, I get 4 or 5 months from cheap boots. I also have 2 pair of the SV2 Military boots for hiking, I also am type 2 diabetes and i have no issues, still looking for the perfect sneaker though.
