Men Men's Chore Classic CSA Steel Toe

These shoes are great. They keep my feet warm and dry. Awesome. Look I hit the 50 character minimum.

I was prompted to review my “recent” purchase even though I bought these more than 3 years ago, so here goes. These are certainly great work boots, though not flawless. I primarily use these for work around my property and in the shop on weekends, so not daily use. That said, I have spent many full days on my feet and crouching, kneeling, walking, etc. When I first got them, they were a bit too roomy for my foot (I usually wear a half size) so I put in the thickest insole I could find, which also provided some extra cushion. With that improvement, the fit has been great. They can be slipped on hands free but don’t feel like they’re falling off. They obviously feel heavier than a non-safety toe boot, but they’re not overly heavy. My complaint about the form is the extra-wide opening does collect a lot of junk if you’re walking around in vegetation or doing something messy/dusty like chainsawing. A wide-leg pant will mitigate this issue somewhat. Overall they have been very comfortable and all-day wear leaves my feet feeling just fine. My primary complaint is about durability. At this price point, I would expect no durability issues related to the construction of the boot. And they have put up with heavy use for over three years, but I did get some separation where the upper is adhered to the midsole or sole at the spot that flexes most when walking (joint of the toes). This compromised the waterproofing. I chose to glue it back together, which has not been a permanent fix. To conclude, I’d probably recommend them to another weekend warrior needing safety toes, but not to someone who needs a daily wearing pair for intense work.

The boot is well constructed, lives up to the "Muck" name and reputation. Only concerns are the weight of the boot and how hot it is to wear during warm weather. Would love for and option where the materials would be lighter weight and more breathable, if possible, without sacrificing too much protection.

The sizing is off. I always wear a 10 and will have to order a 9. First time this has ever happened to me. Quality is there but the sizing is wrong.

I work at a lumber yard as a forklift operator. So being outside in the wet weather keeps my feet warm and dry. The steel toe is a bonus in case a large beam falls on my foot. My son has one too. A 6x10 beam fell on his toe and survived. Great boot!!!!!

my husband and i have purchased many pairs of Muck boots. we love them, built well, a great deal for your money. my husband will not buy any other boot.

There aren't any CSA rubber short boots for women in the market. Would love if you expanded into unisex sizing/ made these in smaller sizes!

So happy with these boots for weakling all day on the jobsite. I’m female, but so hard to find good women’s work boots. Love my regular muck boots and these are no exception. Wear my normal size men’s 8. Of course they are a little hot because rubber and black. It would be great to offer them in a different color for summertime wear.

So it does a great job keeping wet and mess out - but pretty uncomfortable to walk all day in. UN-like typical Muck boots that I could run around all day in. Probably the extra thick and rigid tread? If I could get the usual Muck boot in a short with the safety toe that would be perfect. Just don’t have it as an option. Trying to use these for work and need to slip on and off multiple times/day.

As a woman I wear a Men's size 5. These boots are not true to size, but a size 5 is actually a size 6 - and no they don't just run big, as I tried with two pairs of socks and they still didn't fit . Very disappointing that a shoeb company doesn't no sizes! Return process was cumbersome.

Great boot. I love the ability to slip it on hands free. Interior neoprene is comfortable. I'm normally a 10.5, but preferred the 11 in this make.

I really love them, best work boots for winter in Vancouver ! Super comfy, they're a bit bigger than my size but you put a Bama (or something like that) and it's warm and perfect ! I'll definitely buy another pair when this one is bad. ( having them for 2-3 months now and they're still like new)

So comfy, but neoprene is very warm. Good winter option if you don’t need full height boots. I am a size 10.5, but went w the 11 as there are no half sizes. I always try not to size down w steel toe boots.
